Chris Keating Wins Personal Excellence Award

Attorney Chris Keating received the award for Personal Excellence at the 2026 Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce Voice of Business Awards on April 27, 2026.

The Personal Excellence Award is awarded to an individual who exemplifies the mission and vision of their employer, serves as a role model for others, demonstrates leadership and commitment to the community through involvement in community activities and volunteer work on community projects, and demonstrates a positive impact on the Burlington County business community.

Before presenting the award, the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce announced, “Chris Keating is an accomplished attorney, public servant, and community advocate, who exemplifies leadership rooted in service and impact. As the founder of Keating Law Firm in Moorestown, Chris has built a respected practice focused on employment law, civil rights, and personal injury, while maintaining a strong commitment to pro bono work and supporting local businesses. Beyond his practice, Chris serves as Deputy Mayor of Moorestown, a Planning Board member, and a key liaison to key community initiatives, consistently working to strengthen the connection between local government and the business community. He has played a key role in advancing business-friendly policies, modernizing zoning, and supporting Main Street vitality in Moorestown. His leadership is both strategic and personal, demonstrated through initiatives like partnering with a struggling local business to drive foot traffic and community support. Chris’ approach is simple but powerful: success should lift others. Through his legal work, public service, and community engagement, he continues to strengthen Burlington County one thoughtful action at a time.”

At the ceremony, Chris thanked the Burlington County Regional Chamber of Commerce for the incredible honor, and, in light of Mother’s Day quickly approaching, he gave a brief speech thanking his wife, mother, and mother-in-law for all of their contributions to his development and success.
