Christopher J. Keating, Esq. co-authored an articled titled, “Uninsured Employers Should No Longer Receive the Benefits of the Exclusive Remedy Provision of the Workers’ Compensation Act” in the June 2023 edition of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s New Jersey Lawyer magazine.
The article explores injustices to injured workers that are permitted by the New Jersey’s Worker’s Compensation Act, by allowing illegally uninsured employers to receive the same Exclusive Remedy protections as law-abiding insured employers. Click here to read the article.
